It's hot outside, my hair is long and limp, and I'm sleepy in the mornings.
Enter: the dreaded ponytail.
Okay, so I'm not exactly rocking the side ponytail these days, but Deb's face really shows how I feel about the current state of my 'do. Luckily, my sister, Alex, is a fabulous hair stylist at N Vogue in Vestavia Hills. I've picked out a few styles I like, but I need your opinion!

The photo from Napoleon dymamite made me laugh!! I cut 13 inches off my hair two years ago, and I wish I hadn't. I know the heat is almost unbearable and I'm pony-tailing it with you. I <3 Zooey's hair.. with the bangs. It's so easy to change and restyle, pull up or down, instead of being stuck with the same relative hairstyle. I wish I'd never cut mine off.
ReplyDeleteI love the Zooey look it's just so pretty and versatile! I had been pony tailing it too but I got 3 inches cut off yesterday, I'm wishing I would have only done 2 but my hair grows pretty fast so I say don't cut it too short or you might regret it!
ReplyDeleteZooey's hair is adorable. If you like bangs go for it. It's better to keep it long in case you hate it short - and if you still feel compelled to go short just go back! Go for it!

ReplyDeleteyou have such pretty hair! i love the first look. it's sort of what i have -- and it's so easy! i love how soft, longer bangs frame the face. plus, it's long enough to pull back on those hot summer days. can't wait to see what you decide! :)
